start of the course your initial level will be assessed using a placement test and then you will be placed in the most

OUR STAFFAll our staff are friendly and suitable qualified. Our teachers aim to make your
learning journey enjoyable and engaging by motivating you to not only learn
the language but also to learn and practice various independent learning and
study strategies. We focus on making you an independent learner so you can
continue learning the language even after finishing the course.
SOCIAL PROGRAMMESSocial activities and trips can be an important—and enjoyable—part of educa-
tion. They often significantly enhance the content of learning. Field trips are
optional thus each student must complete a waiver form if not attending. We
offer one day and weekend trip to places such as Liverpool, Leeds, Peak
District, Chester zoo. Apart from that, different social activities also run on
weekly basis such as conversation club, film night etc.
WELFAREWe understand travelling and staying in a foreign country is a stressful and
daunting experience. We are committed to take care of our students. A dedi-
cated welfare officers is available 24 hours to contact for any kind of support,
personal or academic. We aim to provide a safe environment for our students
and our college is fully monitored by CCTV. "
SAFEGUARDING UNDER 18Our college accepts international students aged 17 and over. We implement a
duty of care to those who are below the age of 18, and vulnerable adults who
attend the college. Our safeguarding policy aims to ensure that the processes
are designed to keep all of the above protected against any form of harm. For
this reason, college has a designated safeguarding officer.

IELTS prep course will help you in practicing all four skills as well as learn

ONE TO ONE ENGLISH
The one-to-one programme aims to meet the specific language needs of
the student. Therefore, students who desire to improve a certain area of
language are advised to take one-to-one classes. One-to-one classes are
more intensive than normal classes and teacher will design and use the
materials according to student’s needs and demands. The timetable is to
be agreed between the teacher and the student.

EEC is located at 130 Princess Road, M16 7BY, Manchester, an area with excellent transport network.
ACCESSIBILITY AND PARKING
The college is easily accessible from all direc-tions via all modes of transport. You can enter the carpark by either using one way along the A5103 or using Quinney Cres Road. 18 parking spaces are available with two disabled parking spaces. If the car park is full there is a car park in the residential area and is allowed for all to use. Signs will be placed on noticeboards if the car park is full to direct visitors.
Make the best of your time in Manchester by not only getting involved in various clubs in the college but also by visiting many
places with fellow students on our weekly social programme. Teachers will also accompany you on those trips.
You will have the opportunity to visit places outside Manchester
