Monday, October 11 Study Skills, Exam Prep, and Test-Taking TipsStrategies for test preparation and improving test performance will be the emphasis of this workshop.
Monday, October 25 Social Support, Motivation and Goal SettingAn interactive workshop that will provide participants with an opportunity to define their goals and outline how they will meet their goals.
Monday, November 1 Time and Stress ManagementHelpful tips for managing tasks, assignments, family commitments, and life in general will be presented.
Monday, November 15 Starting a ResuméCreate your resumé in this interactive workshop that covers the basic components of an effective resumé.

Inter-Club Council Meetings are held from 12:45-1:30 p.m.
Students have a voice in college affairs through the Inter-Club Council. The ICC is a Piedmont Tech organization composed of one representative of each active and approved student club and organization. The purpose of ICC is to provide input to the administration and give students a voice in the governance of the college; to help plan events and activities for students; and to provide leadership opportunities for members and other students.

DIVERSITY DIALOGUESDiversity Dialogues are designed to get tough conversations started between faculty, staff, and students at PTC to bring awareness to diversity issues on our campus. Questions will be asked in a panel format and will cover a variety of topics impacting our campus.

others, and PTC’s student resources.
Thursday, October 21 — Safe Zone TrainingSafe Zone training is an opportunity to learn about LGBTQ+ identities,
gender and sexuality, and examine prejudice, assumptions, and privilege. Registration for this 2-hour event is required.
Thursday, November 18 — Human RightsThis workshop will explore what human rights are, how to advocate
for change, and what to do if your rights have been violated.
