INTRODUCTION

•It facilitates to access the attendance information of a particular student in a particular class . •The information is sorted by the operators, which will be provided by the faculty for a particular class.

SARP is a desktop

application software,

developed for daily

student/staff attendance in

institutes.

PROBLEMS OF CURRENT WORKING

It is very difficult to

maintain lot of dada , in

papers.

Not user friendly

Manual control

Time consuming

THE PURPOSEThe purpose

of developing

this Software is-

1: To computerise the tradition way

of taking attendance.

2: Another- to generate the report

automatically between the session OR at the

end of session.

SCOPE OF “SARP”

Scope:- The SARP developed as desktop application,

But later on the project can be modified to operate it online.

• Maintaining the daily attendance (stu./staff)

• Monitoring the attendance• Generating report • Exam attendance and result sheet • Inform to student via messaging• Time table and engaging lectures

CONCLUSION

The SARP has reached a steady state where all bugs are eliminating.

The SARP is operated at a high level of efficiency and all the teachers and user associated with the system understands its advantage.

The SARP solves the problem of daily paper work.
