After referring to the information provided by yourself and Albari, the hotwork to be conducted on the spiderdeck at F23PQ-A can be done without the use of a habitat as the hotwork locations are outside of Ihe1%LFLdispersion distance from the hazardous area (F23P-A or F23K-A). F23PQ-A is a non-hazardous platform located some60m away from F23P-A via bridge link. There was also a similar hotwork activity done previously on F23PQ-A.

The necessary hotwork risk assessment can now be prepared and to be reviewed by the relevant parties (HSEAdvisor, Surface Production TA2) for their perusal and approval.

The PtW are not sign yet because we are still waiting for reply and endorsement from Technical Safety (Dyg Afiza).Once the risk assessment approved only then we will proceed with the hotwork (tag weld) itself. We'll proceed withreplacing the dislodged gratings first.
