• ECT Test Execution (occurs between 8/5 and 8/30):
• Tests to be executed determined by MP in their Connectivity Test Checklist
• MPs will be assigned a week during test execution time frame to perform their testing. Assignments to be provided July 26th.
• Tests are performed independently during the assigned week. No appointment is necessary.
• Test results communicated within the Connectivity Test Checklist and submitted via RMS by the end of each Test Execution week
• Issues with test execution handled via RMS . SPP Test Appointments to be scheduled on an as needed basis.

• Software Issue: SPP DA Operators were not aware of the invalid solution until after the results were posted
• A new software defect requires the software to raise a flag if this situation occurs in the future
• In the interim, SPP will perform additional steps prior to approving a DA Market case to ensure a case with an invalid solution is not approved
• Scenarios 23.1 & 23.2 scheduled for July 17 to be re-executed • Issue was not specific to running 23.1 & 23.2 Spring Load Profile

26.1 Winter Load Profile (Day Ahead)1.1 Scenario Description•Run the Day Ahead Market with bids and offers submitted by MPs that represent the activity that they would expect on a winter day. Outages will also be present to mimic the expected maintenance conditions during the period.
1.2 Expected Result•DA Market solution should reflect reasonable results during Winter loading periods. The solution should honor any outages/constraints present on the representative day (January 15, 2013)
2.0 MP Activities•Submit Virtual bids and offers as desired for your expected business strategies.
MPs with Load•Submit Demand bids similar to what would be expected during Winter loading times. Demand bids should include Fixed & Price-Sensitive and reflect expected production activityMPs with Resources•Submit Resource Offers similar to what would be expected during the reference day (January 15, 2013).
