Methodology
Risk Control Strategies individually designs services for each client to determine theirfull dimension of risk and to implement a wide array of security solutions to prevent ormitigate those risks. The RCS three-phase approach allows us to efficiently identifythe areas of vulnerability, implement procedures to eliminate, reduce, and hardenthose vulnerabilities, and provide ongoing service and support to our clients and theirfamilies. Our goal is to develop the client’s trust in a discrete, confidential andpersonal manner in order to construct a long-term advisory relationship for all familymembers to draw upon.
Phase One – Personal Risk Diagnostic
The objective of this confidential process is to obtain as much information as possiblesurrounding the subject’s personal and family lifestyle to ascertain the current andpotential level of risk. The following is a sample of issues to be discussed andthoroughly examined:
• Client’s comprehensive family information
• Security survey of all residences and properties owned or frequently visited
• Personal, social and travel habits
• Current security measures in place
• Prior and/or existing threats (to include prank phone calls, harassing letters, andstalking)
Phase Two – Analytical Review and Implementation
Building upon information obtained in phase one, we will begin the initial steps ofdesigning and implementing a business and personal family security plan for theindividual client. The following services will be offered:
• Employee/vendor background screening
• Future or current partner(s)/associate(s) background investigation
