• Residential development located north of Hazeldean Road and the Lowes plaza, west of the Carp River, south of Maple Grove Road and east of the Fairwinds Subdivision.

Kanata West Pumping Station is constructed, which is estimated for 2018.

The Keg Steakhouse 15 Huntmar Drive

•Northwest corner of Hazeldean Road and Huntmar. •The development will consist of a single storey 228 seat Keg Restaurant with an enclosed patio on the west side of the building. The building will have a Gross Floor Area of 1037.6 square metres. •Construction will be starting soon with anticipated opening of November 30, 2017

• Residential care facility located on north side of Hazeldean Road, west of the Keg site and east of Cedarow Court.
