Instructions :

Step 1: Click Log in and enter your username/password…

Step 2: Click the course name you desire to take…

Step 3: On the course page…play the Course… At the end of course... Click “Exit activity” - Upper-

right of page to return to course page

Step 4: Next, click “Take XXXX Quiz...TO PERFORM [YOU ARE REQUIRED (80% passing -Up to 3

Attempt(s) allowed)].

a. Click the “Attempt quiz now” button and Select your answers for all questions…

b. After selecting your answers for all questions, click “Finish attempt” button…

c. Next click the “Submit all and finish” button…then click the “Submit all and finish”

Confirmation button…

d. Next, review your answers the click the “Finish review” link… Repeat as necessary; if failed 3

time(s) Without passing contact the HSE Manager...

e. Next, click the “Back to the course” button……

Step 5: [Not Required Unless you desire a Certificate] Click the “Get XXXXX certificate” link &

Certificate appears in new window (Allow pop-ups. YOU HAVE THESE OPTIONS; TO PRINT, SAVE

OR JUST ISSUE...

Now, take another course or Log Out…….
