Stem Changers:Definition
•Stem-changers do exactly what their name tells you- they change their stems!
• 1 letter will become 1 or 2 letters• All stem change verbs make a
BOOT
“Boot” Verbs•Stem-Changers are often called
“boot” verbs.•This is because there is a stem-
change in all forms EXCEPT nosotros, thus making the shape
of a boot!
