Hi Kelly, I see that you are back from your health seminar. How was it?
Hi Casey, It was great! We learned 10 things that we can do to stay healthy. It was eye-opening!
Oh? What are 10 things we can do to stay healthy?
Well , starters we need to eat a balanced diet, get enough sleep and exercise regularly.

Well that makes sense. What else did you learn?
Well, I also learned the importance of always wearing a seat belt and putting on sunscreen.
Wow, I never thought about that, but it does make sense!
It sure does. We then learned about how we should limit our alcohol consumption and quit smoking.
I am happy I never started smoking!

No kidding! We also learned how fighting stress in our lives is so important.
I find that talking to my friends helps me fight stress.
That’s great Casey because they said that having friends was another way to stay healthy!

To Finish, the speaker also mentioned that to stay healthy we must brush and floss our teeth as well as see our doctor regularly
I know we should brush our teeth every day and see our doctor, but I didn’t know that flossing was so important.
Neither did I, but it is crucial !
