This Pipe Pulling Head has been developed to have a simple possibility to pull a PEHD pipe in longitudinal direction. These Pipe Pulling Heads are easy to use, reusable and no otherequipmentortoolsareneeded(additionalfusionsforadditionalfillingsoracutintothe plastic pipe are unnecessary). The easy screwing of the Pulling Head into the PE pipe results in a powertight connection and the plastic pipe is pullable in the desired direction.

UseAccordingtothesectionaldrawingsthePipePullingHeadissimplyfittedontothepriorevened end of the plastic pipe. By rotating the pulling eye (1) until tight its screw jack will be rotated into the expander cone (5). In this way the expansion-gripper elements (3) are joggling with the inner side of the plastic pipe (6). It creates a stable connection: An in-creasing of pulling forces puts to a tighter grip. Every one of the parts is solitary available and if required you have the possibility of change. Note:PEplasticpipes(PE80andPE100)arecertifiedfordifferentoperatingpressuresand have accordingly different wall thicknesses. Our Pipe Pulling Heads are coordinated with this and every Pulling Head is usable for some different wall thicknesses (at the specsofeveryPipePullingHeadyoucanfindtheapplicationlimits).
