DESCRIPTION
Fitz Architects with the aid of Sunderland Planning Department are attempting to make changes to the existing Pier Point Development, Marine Walk, Sunderland, SR60PL, using a new unassociated planning application (Ref. No: 15/00782/FUL). I believe proper procedures, relevant legislation and guidance have not been followed and this new planning application should not have been validated. The architect / owner of the Pier Point Development (Ref. No: 13/00249/FUL) has submitted a new separate planning application to build a detached two storey building north of the existing development. The application submitted requests a change of use of the existing development!!! This should be achieved by the use of the existing approved planning application.
