2. Hawk RoleHousing Advice Worker

Probation based service

Referrals direct from probation• tenancy breakdown• Homelessness• pre tenancy training• Joint working and referrals as appropriate• Family liaison• Support to reduce reoffending

3. Medium term bed spaces

• Referral from the HAWK and in prison workers

• Floating Support and Accommodation Broker

• Move on Training (MOT)

• Resettlement - usually PRS schemes

4. Rent Deposit and B and B Fund

Subject to assessment

• Rent Deposits

• The role of bed and Breakfast accommodation

5. Floating Support

• Case load 15 – 25

• Support up to 6 months to 1 year

• Tenancy Sustainment

6. MOT - Move On Training

• Classroom based – around 15 per class

• Classes delivered by trainer and Peer

• Lunch provided

• One to one training through HAWKs

• MOT Handbook
