Create an email to FIDELITYSS@FNF.COM & attach the
following to that email:
Attach the “REQUEST FORM” (attached)
Attach “BANK AUTHORIZATION” (attached)
Attach items from “CHECKLIST” (attached)
Attach a copy of the “LISTING AGREEMENT”
Attach the FULLY EXECUTED CONTRACT
(if applicable)
Attach any other documents you'd like us to include in the
SS package
Email to: fidelityss@fnf.com
If you choose to use your own Bank Authorization please
