Tacit Knowledge

• Tremendously valuable

• Documented knowledge

• Articulated knowledge, expressed and recorded as words, numbers, codes, mathematical and scientific formulae, and musical notations

• Easy to communicate, store, and distribute

• Found in books, on the web, and other visual and oral means
