We Compost
At Sprucedale we have pails to collect compost and put it in the composter outside. This is later used in our garden.
We Recycle
This is the “rinse and squash program at Sprucedale for recycling milk cartons. We also do regular recycling. We recycle paper, metal, plastic and glass. We also recycle printer cartridges.
We Have “Freedom Frog”!
Sprucedale : Our School Colour is Green – And it Shows!
This is “Freedom Frog”. Every week he is awarded to the most eco-friendly class. Some things the classes do are turning off the lights and computers when not in use, recycling and composting.
