This month of August our theme is about

“ Animals “

This month of august children learn different kinds of farm, pet

and zoo animals, puppet or dramatic plays , For numeracy

sorting animals if its zoo or farm ,classifying big and small

animals and counting animals. They were also exposed to

different song , movements and games linked to the theme.

When children are encouraged to care for animals,

they tend to be more sensitive and caring toward other people

as well. So by supporting children’s love for animals, you’re

helping nurture those all-important feelings of connection and

stewardship as well.

Children sang along to the song “Old McDonald had a farm”. Children were holding on to the different animal picture /sound cards. They stood up whenever the name of the animal they were holding was mention in the song and made the sound of the animal.

会In August, our Chinese theme was "Meeting". The reading content wasthis: I will study, I will write, I will draw pictures, I will sing, I will dance, I will play the piano, I will brush my teeth, I will wash my face, I will comb my hair and I will dress. We have a small, capable hand. We started to try our own things and do it ourselves. It feels so good! we will not only do a lot of things, but also care for our friends and teachers. Give you a big hug, full of love.

AESTHETIC & CREATIVE EXPRESSION

Animal Theme- Children using different materials. In the above picture children are doing

sensorial activity and learning about different texture.

Children showed improvement in painting. They have learned to

focus to cover the whole surface with paint. Their brush strokes

were more stable showing enhancement in fine motor.

Children were making national day mobile cup!. Can notice their

skill to put their hands through the cup to paint the surface.
