SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That I, _____, of legal age, married, with residence and postal address at __________, presently working at __________, have named, constituted and appointed, and by these presents do hereby name, constitute, and appoint __________, likewise of legal age, and with residence and postal address at __________ to be my true and lawful attorney-in-fact, for me and in my name, place, and stead, to do and perform any and all of the foregoing acts and things, namely:

1. To file and follow-up my claim for back wages and other employment benefits from Filminera Resources Corporation of Puro, Aroroy, Masbate;2. To make, sign, and execute, for and in my behalf, any documents which may be necessary for the approval of my application and release of my aforesaid claim;3. To receive whatever is due from the aforesaid corporation, whether in cash or in check; and 4. To make, sign, and execute for and in my behalf, any and all documents evidencing receipt of my aforesaid claim.
