The Continental Divide has always sourced the freshest, finest quality, and hard to procure ingredients for its dishes; using whenever possible sustainable, local, and regional sources. Big City Cuisine…Small Town Style. The menu at the Continental Divide offers a wide range of satiating selections from appetizers, entrees, to desserts. The menu is always influx, however. Based on seasonal availability and new creations by executive chef, Eric Trapp, patrons can expect to find something new to try with every visit.
The Continental Divide is simple on the outside, but this bistro's interior has casual elegance, comfortable seating and interesting decor.
