Installation

DownloadDownload the Bulk SMS Gateway Excel Plug-in Software from

http://www.smsgatewaycenter.com/download.html

ExtractRight Click on Downloaded file and click on Extract here.

Begin InstallationDouble click on extracted file to begin installation. Install

window opens, click on Next

In this pane, You need to agree or disagree to our Software License Terms and conditions, if you agree click Next after selecting I agree

else exit.

Confirm InstallationYou need to confirm installation in this pane.

Windows Permission

Before installation runs, windows will ask your permission to continue, click Yes

Set upWait for few seconds to complete the installation.

Installation CompleteNow installation is complete. Close the pane and open your

Microsoft Excel Sheet.

Microsoft ExcelOnce Excel Sheet is opened, Click on Add-ins, You will find all the options

Setting up your SMS Account

Now click on Settings, in the pane, enter you login credentials

Other Set up InformationIn the same pane, Click on Other tab to set up important settings. By default 150 batch sending option is enabled, you can change it as per your internet speed.You can enable / disable batch sending. (Recommended is Enabled)Remove duplicate numbers. (Recommended to be ticked on)

Write or Import Mobile NumbersImport or write mobile numbers in any column and select all the

required numbers and right click on that selected column as per screenshot. Click on Send SMS at the bottom of opened pane.

Adding SMS ContentIn the opened pane, Enter 6 Characters Sender ID and message Content. And click to send SMS.

SMS PreviewIf you want to preview before sending SMS, click on preview

to view the same.

Schedule SMSClick on Schedule after writing the message content and Sender ID. Set your desired time and it will be scheduled.

Sent MessageOnce Send clicked, messages sent and you can close

the notification pane.

Saving TemplatesClick on Insert Template. You can Add new, or update Existing or delete templates from the opened pane.

Sent ReportClick on Sent Report from Top Add-in Menu.Select the save as format.Select the start and end date.Name the sheet name as per your requirement.Click OK to fetch Sent SMS report

View SMS Sent Report

Once report fetched, it will open in a new sheet. You can view your Sent

SMS report.

Change PasswordClick on Change password from Top Add-in Menu, in the change password pane, enter your old password

and new password to change.

Check BalanceClick on Check Balance in Top Add-in Menu, Your

current SMS balance and expiry date will be shown. Note: You need to be logged in to your account in

order to show this pane.

Generate Mobile NumbersYou can generate random or series of mobile numbers.Click on Generate Numbers from Top Add-in Menu.Enter Start Number and End Number.Use increment 1 or 2 or 3 etc.,Tick shuffle to randomize the numbers.Name the sheet and click on Generate.
