5. ReviewloanapplicationdocumentswithWCEDArepresentativeandmakechangesasnecessary.

6. Loanboardmakesdecisiononapplicationandnotifiesloanapplicant.

7. Ifapproved,WCEDArepresentativeworkswithborrowertoprepareclosingdocu-mentsandtoscheduleaclosing.
