Once you click configure these editing options appear…

To add a wiki or a blog

Navigate to page where you want the new content.

Then Site Actions, More… Browse and select the type of content

you want. This will open a new page as a blog or

wiki etc… Remember to copy the URL at the top so

that you can create a link to it on one of your pages.

What next…?

By the end of term… Decide the structure for your

year group site. Create the necessary content

and additional pages as required.

Share with the children, perhaps populate pages in partnership with them.

Plan to include using the portal in a lesson.

Hand in a copy of the plan along with a brief evaluation of successes by Friday December 14th.
