This is my terrible habit and it needs to stop!...... so I have found a way to do it.
I have started off by clapping my hand's. When my hands get near my mouth I clap, but that didn't go so well.
So then I tried...................
STOP AND GROW
This is me after putting the stop and grow on. It was disgusting!
