Importance of Research
This study was conducted to identify the interests , problems thatoccur when wield CIDOS provided by the employer to facilitatelecturers in Teaching and Learning ( T & L ) .
The results of this study are used to lectures to learn about thegoals and interests of CIDOS in the process of teaching and learning( T & L )
This study is also important to researchers in the future as anadditional resource to study their literature
Looking at the response and perception of the process of teachingand learning (T & L) using CIDOS
LITERATURE
Knowledge
According to a previous study by Esman et al. (2013) The lecturer should use the CIDOS in POLISAS because CIDOS will be give a impact knowledge on the lecturer.
Attitude
According to previous study by Klueaver, Lam and Hoffman (1994), attitudes towards computers of the lecturers will influence the use of computers and the potential benefits on process teaching and learning.
Infrastructure IT
According to previous study by Lim and Tan (2007) complete IT infrastructure in an institution will give a good impression on the lecturers in the process of teaching and learning (T & L) through IT.

Population studies involving lecturers in the Department of Commerce with number 85 POLISAS lecturers.
Sample size of 70 lecturers, based on schedule Krejcie & Morgan (1970 ).
This is a descriptive study in which we want to know the level of usage of CIDOS among the lecturers in three situation question, there are the level of knowledge, attitudes and infrastructure.
This study used a random sampling technique.

• In this study, the majority of respondents are among the women lecturers of 95.7 % equivalent to 67 women lecturers. While the rest were men among the lecturers of 4.3 % is equivalent to 3 male lecturers

Conclusion
This study has achieved its objective to
determine the level of knowledge on the use
of CIDOS by lecturers, attitude of lecturers on
the use CIDOS and level of infrastructure IT
in the POLISAS. Where are all the questions
at a high level.
This showed the use of CIDOS is supported
by the lecturers. This is proven by the high
Cronbach alpha through research.
The results of this study, we expect the use of
CIDOS will be increase from time to time.
Recommendation Expanding the scope of the study, which should
involve aspects such as the level of ICT infrastructure
and facilities at the Polytechnic and the factors that
influence the use of ICT in the Polytechnic. The study
will give an overview on the use of ICT among
lecturers are more comprehensive.
Expanding group respondents. Respondents not only
consist of lectures Commerce Department,
Polytechnic Sultan Haji Ahmad Shah, but also
lecturers in other departments at Polytechnic Sultan
Haji Ahmad Shah, Kuantan.
Limitations
This study involved only a lecturer from the
department of commerce at Polytechnic
Sultan Haji Ahmad Shah.
Most of the lecturers in the department of
commerce consists of the Malays only.
