Igor Golec is Croatian and speaks fluently Italian and English and holds a Diploma in Economy for
Maritime Affairs.

He has intense experience in start up management, organisation restructuring, process reengineering and continuous improvement techniques.

His logistical understanding includes contract and union negotiations, operational due diligence, system installations and upgrades and all financial related P&L.
