INTRODUCTION
This study of the Skill Competencies Matrix for
the Malaysia ICT Industry is an initiative
undertaken by MDeC to establish
a common Terms of Reference
for knowledge workers, employers in the ICT
sector, institutes of higher learning, and
government planners.
