Customer can download the AP P from PLAY STORE.Once the APP is installed the APP LOGO on any devicewill look as shown in the image beside.
Firstly the APP will ask for the(1)CUSTUMER Number – is CIF No. (2)MPIN
Once when we click on the ADC Bank APP icon.We will have to enter the Application Password, which we have to set when the application is opened for the first time.

It will also display the amount which was transferred on the same day as well as the sum of the amount which was transferred in the same month.

------------------------------------Customer have to ADD the BENEFICIARY to transfer the fund to Other Account, while the same is not required in Own Accounts. Customer can directly select the Account Number and enter the amount, remarks (if required) and MPIN and than PROCEED for the fund transfer.

Customer need to add the account number and details of the account for transferring fund which is referred as adding beneficiary.
He/she will have to add the A/C No. of the beneficiary , Name of the account holder – just for the reference.
In MPIN – the account holder has to enter his/her own MPIN

Customer can request for
1) Cheque book2) Stop Cheque Payment3) Revoke Cheque

Customer can make the request for the new cheque book by selecting the account number from the drop down list.
For Saving A/C – 15 leaves cheque book will be issued
For Current A/C – 30 leaves cheque book will be issued

Customer can stop the payment of the cheque from the mobile APP by entering the cheque number, issue date of cheque and the account number from which the cheque was issued.

Customer can revoke the cheque for which the customer had requested for the stop payment.

Customer can either click on Account and enter the MPIN to synchronize the accounts or can click on beneficiary to synchronize the beneficiary account.
It is mandatory to synchronize the beneficiary. Beneficiary will be displayed in the fund transfer menu only if the Beneficiary is synchronized.
