SharePoint SaturdayTwin Cities

Another Great Hit!

Like any good SharePoint Saturday

It started o! with a Speakers Dinner

and soon, it was time to enjoy our meal

Because we couldn’t play Air Hockey

forever...

We even had a visit from the UK

This Guy

Some of us couldn’t make up

our minds

Yammer? SharePoint Social?

I played it safe...

Christian was kind enough to give me a ride back to the hotel

in style

with a car almost as big as I am

Then, the morning of the SharePoint

Saturday was upon us

We set up the booth

and braced

ourselves for an

amazing day

People started trickling in

Attendees waited in the main hall where the opening

message would be held

Look at all the orange shirts!

Volunteers giving up their Saturday

Awesome!

Sarah launched the event

can’t start #spstc without these

and the Saturday is o"cial started!

a great opportunity for attendees to talk to

vendors before sessions started

My session was packed! I had a great group, we had a lot of fun.

wait what?

Jason’s session on Workflows was a hit. Lots of Power Users looking to leverage a

little more out of Workflows

Overall a lot of great sessions

Christian felt pretty cool

with this shirt

Back in the lobby...

the event was a BLAST

so to celebrate, we set out to Khan’s

It’s now a tradition

Wait a minute, I recognize that

t-shirt

“What T-Shirt?”

We all had a blast today and right now feeling a little too full

“Let’s go to the Mall of America!”

“in that case... so are we”

Ok maybe that’s not exactly how that

happened

but Christian broke his phone so we had to go

to the mall now and get it replaced

This mall has it’s own amusement park...

We finally all got together and went for

desert

There’s always room for desert,

but that’s BIG

Tamara, I think Sean is eyeing your ice-cream

Cool! All out of Legos

Look at what I accidentally found in

the store... weird

Meanwhile at the

Microsoft Store

We had a blast with the

Kinect

Should we go on the roller-coasters?

Unfortunately it was too late, they were

closed

and I’ll spare you the details of our 2 hours flight back that lasted

16 hours

I really had a blast, the event was once again

a hit for everyone.Big thanks to all the

organizers and volunteers that make this event such

a success
