On November 22nd,students had theopportunity to attend aStudent Feedback Forumevent hosted by the SGAalong with the Division ofStudent Affairs. AssistantVice President for StudentAffairs, Dr. Eric E. Arnesonand SGA-BBC President,Allhan Mejia lead the openforum for students. Theevent was held toencourage BBC students toshare their own thoughts,concerns and ideas for BBC.The forums are a beneficialway to have a chance tohear students feedback andto communicate changeshappening within thestudent government.

HIS HOUSETHANKSGIVING WITH SGA-BBC

November was a month full of giving back to students as well asgiving back to our communities. Our Director of Events, DianneMorales was dedicated to arranging a Thanksgiving Celebration forthe children at His House Miami. On November 24th, ThanksgivingDay SGA Council members and FIU Students visited His House homesand spent several hours celebrating Thanksgiving with His HouseChildren. The day's activities were open to BBC students to join andwe had an overwhelming number of people volunteer, this was achance for students to get involved with our outside community andenjoy Thanksgiving with the children of His House.

Throughout the month ofOctober, SGA councilmembers and BBC studentskindly donated items to HaitiRelief. All the donated goodswere organized and packedby SGA members. Allproceeds were later taken toa local church to be given toHaiti Relief donations. SGA-BBC wants to thank everyonefor their generosity andcontribution.
