Rules

• Create Rule if you’re feeling brave• Or select the email that’s bugging you and click

Always Move Messages From – I recommed this

Move it Where?If you clicked Always Move Messages From:• Select a folder to always move

these messages toNote: You can create a new folder for this

This moves all current messages from that person to that folder. All future messages from that person automatically go there.

What is THAT?

If you clicked Create Rule:Decide how to define the rule.By senderBy subjectBy where it is sent (you or a list)You can select more than one if you want. All messages with that criteria are affected.

Decide what to do with them. Do you want fanfare when it arrives or to file it away? If the former, pick a sound to play. If the latter, pick a folder to move it to.

Click OK and You’re Done!
