I am delighted to say that despite the difficult times we have all been experiencing during the pandemic we have

continued to provide comprehensive pool servicing and refurbishment for clients across London and the home

counties When clients have made special requests on attending their properties our service engineers have

happily accommodated these We would like to thank all our loyal clients for continuing to work with us as normal and

helping to protect us all by maintaining social distancing while our engineers have been in attendance

POOL CLOSURE TIME

With the sun still shining its hard to believe we are approaching pool closure time If you have a regular servicing contract

with us we will automatically book your pool winterisation we just need to agree the date with you Please get in touch as

soon as you can to ensure you get your preferred date as this is usually a very busy time of the year To get the ball

rolling please email us

PROFESSIONAL WINTERISATION

Your pool engineer will carry out a variety of measures to protect your pool during the autumn and winter months We will

use a specially formulated liquid to protect and keep the pool in good order over the winter months - the better the water

quality during this period the healthier it will be next spring

After the winterisation service has been done remember to run the filters every so often to keep the water clean You can

continue to add chlorine to the pool yourself but test the water first You will not need to add as much chlorine while the

pool is not being used

We recommend that servicing continues while your pool is closed - a couple of services during the autumnwinter months

will ensure that the water does not go off without your realising it This step will ensure your pool is in good shape and will

reduce the amount of time needed for the re-opening service

SCHEDULE SMALL MAINTENANCE JOBS WHEN YOUR POOL IS CLOSED

No one wants to miss out on pool time during summer If minor repair and maintenance j obs are niggling away at the

back of your mind the autumnwinter period is the ideal time to get the work done Anything from chipped or broken pool

tiles or surrounds to filter upgrades can be done during this time It really is the perfect time to do a sand change or

upgrade to superior Activated Filter Media Whatever small scale maintenance jobs need doing you can have them

completed while the pool is closed so its in great shape by the time you up again in April
