Dear Annunciation Parents, Welcome back to school! My name is Suzie Marley and I’m excited to be the Box Tops for Education™ Coordinator for Annunciation School. Clipping Box Tops is an easy way for you to help our school earn cash to fund school programs. You can find Box Tops on thousands of your favorite products, including General Mills cereals, Avery office supplies, and Hanes products. Attached you will find a Box Top collection sheet for 25 box tops. Additional collection sheets are available at: http://www.boxtops4education.com/-/media/BoxTops/FlyersAndDownloads/Assets/CollectionSheets/BTFE_collectionsheet_25.pdf In order to get credit for each Box Top submitted, please follow the rules of the Box Top collection process: 1. Collect as many UNEXPIRED Box Tops as you can, and be sure to cut them along the dotted lines.
2. Glue or paste them on the collection sheet. Collection sheets are available using the link above. They cannot be attached using staples, or glued on a plain sheet of paper. They can also be bagged in groups of 50 or placed in a labeled envelope of 50.
3. Send the collection sheets or labeled baggies/envelopes in to school with your child so that the class parents can submit them. It really is that simple!
When submitting your box tops to your child’s teacher or class parent, please label the total number of Box Tops, and the name and class of your child on the collection sheet. The deadline is October 23rd.
The class that collects the most Box Tops will win a pizza party! In order to meet General Mills’ first deadline of November 2nd, please be sure to send in as many Box Tops as you can by October 23rd. The next deadline is March 1st, so please keep collecting as many Box Tops as you can! If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact me at marleys@verizon.net. I’m here to make our school’s Box Tops for Education program a huge success this year.
Thanks so much for your help! Suzie Marley
