FECOSY

Ferrous Construction System (FeCoSy) uses specially designed ferrous frame members for manufacturing cubicles. This system is used for CRCA as well as SS Cubicles. The 9 Fold have 1.5mm & 5 Fold 2.5mm thick member ensures a rigid section of the cubicle. These are welded together to form a rigid structure. The structure is covered from all the sides with the help of removable sheets and hingable doors.

Suitable for Areas where Flexibility, Light weight, aesthetics, Resistance to Corrosion, high IP protection are desirable. Ingress Protection up to IP-65. ALCOSY20/30 construction system used to build a rigid framework by bolting an aluminum alloy member to a corner block. The bolts are concealed in internal slots to give a smooth exterior surface. The interior fixing bolts can slide anywhere along the length of the member to hold brackets for structure fitting and hardware.

These undesirable effects can vary between a brief annoyance, such as a vacuum cleaner disturbing the family television viewing, to more serious situations, such as a cellular phone interfering with the controls of a machine tool, or a noisy power supply interfering with the proper operation of an industrial robot. With the increased emphasis on electronic technology, electromagnetic interference/radio frequency interference is a growing concern.

Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) occurs when unintentional electromagnetic signals from a system or device cause undesired effects or malfunction in another system or device. Radio Frequency Interference (RFI) is a type of EMI that extends over the 1kHz - 10 GHz frequency band. Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) is the technology of shielding or preventing electromagnetic interference (EMI). Electromagnetic Emission is the energy radiated to the environment from an electronic product. Electromagnetic Immunity is the ability of an electronic product to function in its environment in the presence of electromagnetic radiation.

Shielding Effectiveness (SE) is the measure of protection provided by an enclosure against electromagnetic interference at a specific frequency. It is generally expressed in decibels (dB), where SE = 20 Log (EO/EI). Attenuation in terms of EMC is the reduction of an electromagnetic field across a shield (usually expressed in decibels (dB) at a given frequency). Decibel (dB) in terms of EMC is a dimensionless logarithmic ratio used as a manageable value of measurement for the reduction or attenuation of electromagnetic interference.

Cutoff Frequency is the maximum possible frequency beyond which the waveguide will no longer shield EMI. EO (V/m) is the measure of field strength without the shield; EI (V/m) is the field strength with the shield in place.
