Aswellasbeingresponsibleforallourin-housephotography(includinge-commerce,product,model,key

looksandstilllife),youwillalsobeableresponsibleforthethecommercialviabilityofthestudiospaceby

ensuringitisrentedoutwhennotbeingusedforOrlebarBrown.Weanticipatethiswillbeforabout80days

peryear.

WorkingalongsidetheFounder&CreativeDirectoraswellasthewiderStudioandMarketingteams,youwill

beresponsibleforproducingthebrand’sphotographyassetsdeliveredtoinspiringandindustry-defining

qualitystandards.

GENERALRESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsibleforallphotographyneedsacrossthebusiness(exceptmainseasonalcampaigns).

• Workingalongsidetheretoucherandstudiocoordinatortoproduceoutstandingphotography.

• Ensurethesafecommercialrunningofthestudioandberesponsibleforrentingoutthespaceforat

least80daysperyear.

• WorkingwithourGraphicDesign,WebandMarketingteamtocreaterelevantphotographicassets.

• Producinghighqualityandconsistentlybeautifulimages,correctlyexposedandcolourconsistent-in

accordancewithbrandguidelines.

• Abletoworkwellwithinateamworkingwellunderpressurewithaflexibleattitude.

• Nameandmaintaindigitalassetfileswhileaccuratelycheckingoffweeklyshootlists.

• Markupimageswithclearandinformativenotesfortheretouchteam.

• Croppingandprocessingofallimages,maintainingfilesizespecificationguidelines.

• AccuratelyarchivingimagestobeeasilyaccessedbyotherOrlebarBrowndepartments.

• Meetingdailyandweeklydeadlinestopreparefornewbrandmaterial.

• Responsibleforcareandupkeepofallstudioequipment,propsandsupplies.

• Adhocdutiesforevents,campaign-relatedcontentandcollaterals.

SKILLS&EXPERIENCE

• Degreeinphotographyand/orpreviousexperienceinacommercialstudioenvironment.

• Astrongphotographyportfoliothatdemonstratessufficientknowledgeandtechniquesofdigital

photographyandlightingalongwithhightechnicalproficiencyinPhotoShop,CaptureOne,Canon

camerasandMaccomputers.

• Assertiveandconstructiveindirectingmodelsonset.

• Provenskillsinstill-lifephotography.
