Taking older, diesel burning schoolbuses and converting them to CNG - saves schools money and improves kid\'s health.

TRANSCRIPT

The bus arrives at the East Brunswick, NJ plant to be up-fitted from diesel to cleaner, less-expensive CNG

The bus is moved inside the 85,000 sq. ft. production facility to begin the

conversion process.

The bus goes on the lift to have the diesel fuel tank and diesel delivery

system removed.

The second step, the hood of the bus is removed the gain access to the old diesel engine so it can

be removed.

The old diesel engine is removed.

The new CNG engine is readied to be installed.

The old engine that was removed is shipped to be remanufactured.

The new turbo charger is installed.

A close up look at the new turbo charger.

The new throttle body is installed.

A close look at the new throttle body installed.

The new engine is installed.

The closed crankcase ventilation system is installed.

The CNG gas filter is installed.

The gas pressure regulator is installed.

The CNG tanks are installed.

The CNG tanks are connected.

Diagnostics & testing completed

After road testing, the bus is ready
