• Windows Client Devices (Desktops - Laptops - Tablet Computers)• OS & Software Deployments• Automating processes• Centralized management of client devices

OUR OLD MODEL

• Users had to request software• Generated Help Desk tickets, calls

• If a software package was available, Help Desk technicians would initiate deployments on a per-computer basis

• If a software package wasn’t available, Help Desk would install software via Remote Control or send Field Support on-site to perform he install

• End result = a lot of time spent
