1. Review of past sprint gives information about how many requirements were really delivered. For example: during Sprint 1 was planned 4 requirement. Review shows that we could have delivered 5 requirements.
2. Planning next sprint Outbox team knows that 5 requirements can be delivered.
3. Sprints for complex requirements are planned knowing review history and are delivered on the basis of already produced requirements. This gives the team more flexibility and speeds up the process.
4. In the end of the release the cumulative number of MD from all sprints should show 15% of savings (against V-model)
