Important tips for Welders

• Read & Follow welder’s operating manual• Permit to work• Ensure safety devices (Flash back arresters, Circuit breakers etc.)

• Button Up• Wear the Proper PPE’s• Breathe Freely• Don’t See the arc with naked eyes• Avoid Repetitive Stress Injuries• Undergo periodic medical surveillance • Never weld/ cut closed or sealed drum• 5-S in welding area• If you burn yourself, immediately douse with cold water:

seconds count!
