Wage Subsidy Programme
The aim of the programSupport to the uncompetitive persons in the labor market through salary partial compensation that is paid by employer and to provide a stable employment
Beneficiaries of the programUncompetitive persons in the labor market, including people with limited abilities

For each employed person within a period
of 6 months the employer monthly is paid
compensation of amount of 50% of the set
monthly salary but no more than the
minimum monthly salary established by
law. Within a period of 6 months 50% of
the set monthly salary to persons with
disabilities monetary benefit for
concomitant service is provided.
Program duration is 1.5 year.
Lump-sum Allowance Subsidy Programme1. Lump-sum allowance compensation to the employer for obtaining working skills and abilities
to uncompetitive persons
2. Lump-sum allowance compensation to the employer for workplace adjustment for
uncompetitive persons in the labor market and persons with disabilities
The amount of lump-sum allowance
to the employer for obtaining
working skills and abilities is 200
thousand. drams ($ 415) per person.
For workplace adjustment 500
thousand. drams (1040 $) is
provided.

Vocational Training
• Aim of the programme to
support the trainee to obtain new
skills and abilities in accordance
to the labor market requirements
• Duration 3-6 months
During the whole period of
training the trainee is paid a
fellowship of amount of 50%
of the set monthly salary.

The aim of the programOn one hand, to ensure stable employment for job-seekers, on the other hand to ensure the
effective replenishment of job vacancies for employers through direct face to face
communication with the job seekers.
