The rock inside the Dome of the Rock building has a number of alignments if a 20 Cubit square
were to be drawn as shown below. These alignments are shown in red. Note how the hole in
the rock, the rectangular depression, corners on the rock, the location of the opening into the
cave, and a flat area on the northern end of the rock all are on straight lines drawn in red.
