RT-SERIES SUBSURFACE SAFETY VALVE
RT series subsurface safety valve is a kind of tubing retrievable safety valve which is controlled on the
surface through hydraulic control line. It directly connects to the tubing string as part of production Work
string. After installation, it is operated by the pressure in control line. While certain amount of hydraulic
pressure is applied through the control line to the safety valve, the valve will be open; while the pressure
is released, the safety valve will be closed and the tubing string is closed at the same time.
Features:
The flapper has pressure equalizing type and non-pressure
equalizing type;
Locking and sealing structure are designed at the upper side;
It is highly reliable to use metal to metal sealing style in the sealing chamber;
The upper and bottom thread can be customized according to
customers' requirements.

RV WIRELINE RETRIEVABLE SAFETY VALVES
RV series steel wire recovery safety valve is a ground control steel wire rope recovery underground
safety valve. The modular design of this series of steel wire recovery safety valves improves the
applicability of underground safety valves. Steel wire recovery safety valve is divided into rubber safety
valve and non-rubber safety valve. It can be placed in the tubing recovery safety valve or in the safety
valve section.
Features:
The valve plate has two structural forms: piston with balanced pressure and piston without balanced
pressure.
The steel wire recovery safety valve consists of locking device and safety valve.
The main body can be sealed in different ways: metal-to-metal hard sealing structure to ensure long-
term sealing reliability;
Upper and lower connection button types can provide various air-tight button threads of
corresponding specifications according to customer requirements.

RWBP Wireline Set Bridge Plugs are compact, small OD and designed for easy drill out.
These bridge plugs will set securely in all but the very highest tensile casing. A ratchet lock
ring stores the setting force in the plug. The one piece packing element and metal back up
rings combine for a superior seal. The case hardened, one piece slips virtually eliminate
premature setting, yet can be easily drilled out. They are available for 2 3/8” through 20”
casing.

Can be set directly with Baker wireline setting tools
Easy for mill out
Ratchet lock rings secure dynamic setting force

Shear studs are Baker style and connect directly to the Baker Adjuster Sub

RCBP Composite Bridge Plugs are used for temporary or permanent isolation of oil, gas
and water, such as zone isolation, formation fracturing, acidizing. These easy drillable
bridge plug can be use for multizone fracturing especially, so it will be a good choice
for shale gas exploration.

RHMBP Hydro-Mech Set Bridge Plugs are used for temporary or permanent isolation of oil, gas
and water, such as zone isolation, formation fracturing, acidizing. These bridge plug can be set by
drop a ball and up lift, do not need any setting tools. They are available for 4 1/4” through 20”
setting range.

RWRB WIRELINE SET BRIDGE PLUGS ( RETRIEVABLE)
“RWRB” wireline set retrievable bridge plug is a medium performance retrievable bridge plug that is
run and set by a wireline pressure setting tool and retrieved by either tubing or sandline. The plug is
used for zone isolation, formation fracturing, acidizing, and wellhead repair and can be lubricated in
and out of the well under pressure, thereby eliminating snubbing tubing or killing the well. The plug
features a balanced equalizing value located immediately above the packing element system. Caged,
bi-directional, one piece slips are located below the packing and firmly anchor the plug against
pressure differentials from above or below. The plug is retrieved by ratcheting onto the retrieving neck,
picking up four inches to equalize, setting down to uplock, then picking up to remove from well. No
rotation is required to retrieve.

RSS STINGER SEAL ASSEMBLY
RHSS Stinger Seal Assembly is a tubing conveyed latching seal assembly that is used to operate the
sleeve-valve in an RWR Cement retainer previously set on wireline line. The RTSS should always
be run with a RTTC Tubing Centralizer to provide for easier entry into the Cement retainer.
Features:
Provide positive control when the work string is picked up to close the sleeve-valve. Re-
engages each time the work string is lowered to open sleeve-valve

RWST WIRELINE SETTING TOOLS
Wireline pressure setting tools come in single and multi-stage. Single stage tools provide dynamic
force, which is used to set bridge plugs, production packers or cement retainers.
Multi-stage setting tools feature increased stoke length, to enable the setting of casing patches, long
travel bridge plugs or any requiring more than the normal stroke and tension of conventional pressure
setting tools. The force is created by the gradual burning of a high temperature power charge, which
produces high pressure gas that is contained by an O-ring sealed top piston. The piston applies the
necessary stroke and tension to set and release from the equipment.

RHST/RHSG HYDRAULIC SETTING TOOLS
The hydraulic setting tools are used to run and set packers, bridge plugs and cement retainers on a
work string, production tubing or coiled tubing. The setting tool translate hydraulic pressure applied
to the tubing to a force transmitted through the adapter kit to the slips and pack off the sealing
element of these tools. It allows setting in high-angle or deviated wells where it is often difficult to
use wireline equipment.

RMSR MECHANICAL SETTING TOOL
RMSR Mechanical Setting Tools are used to mechanically set RMCR Sleeve-Valve Cement Retainers.
This tool incorporates both a stinger seal and mechanical setting function. In addition, it has a built-in
snap-latch, allowing the tool to be latched into the cement retainer with set-down weight and released
with either up strain or right-hand rotation. The sleeve-valve on the cement retainer is in the open
position while being run in the well. When the setting procedure is completed, the sleeve-valve may
be closed by picking up two inches at the tools or opened by slacking off two inches. The snap-latch
feature allows the sleeve-valve to be shifted open or closed while the tubing is still anchored to the
retainer. Normally the valve is run open so the tubing may fill. However, for pressure testing the
tubing, while running, the valve can be run closed. Cement Retainers can be set and pressure tested in
a single trip.

RTAC TUBING ANCHOR
RTAC Tubing Anchor/Catchers are used to allow placement of tubing in tension. Vertical tubing

RMLS MECHANICAL SET RETRIEVABLE PRODUCTION PACKER RMLS retrievable casing packer is a general purpose packer for production, injection, zone isolation, or
remedial operations. It is a full bore double-grip retrievable packer with an integral unloader. Opposed,
non-transferring dovetail slips prevent movement of the packer in either direction due to pressure
differentials, while allowing landing of the tubing in tension, compression, or neutral. The Lock
Segments serve as a releasable Lock Ring to maintain pack-off once the packer is set,and locks the
unloader in the closed position until the tool is released. The Split Lock and Control Segments allow the
tool to be both set and released with right-hand rotation.

Can be set using tension or compression.

RASX MECHANICAL SET RETRIEVABLE PRODUCTION PACKERS
The RASX single string Mechanical Production Packer is a retrievable, double-grip compression or
tension-set production packer that holds pressure from above or below. Once set the tubing string can be left
in tension, compression, or in a neutral position. A large internal bypass reduces the swabbing effect during
run-in and retrieval, and closes when the packer is set. When the packer is released, the bypass opens first,
allowing the pressure to equalize before the upper slips are pulled from the casing. The Model MAPSET-HP
also features an upper slip releasing system that reduces the force required to release the packer. A
non-directional slip is released first, making it easier to release the other slips. These flexible features allow
the MAPSET-HP to be run in a variety of applications ranging from Production Packer to Bridge Plug to
Service Packer.

RAD-1 TENSION PACKERS
RAD-1 Tension Packer is a retrievable, tension set packer, designed to hold pressure from below. This
economical tension packer is for shallow wells where sufficient set down weight is not available to
utilize a set down packer. This packer can be used in water flood, oil production or treating
applications. They are available for 4” through 13 3/8” casing.

RTTS PACKERS
The RTTS packer is a full-opening, hook wall packer used for testing, treating, and squeeze cementing
operations. In most cases, the tool runs with a circulating valve assembly.
Features and Benefits
The full-opening design of the packer mandrel bore allows large volumes of fluid to pump through
the tool. Tubing-type guns and other wireline tools can be run through the packer.
The packer can be set and relocated as many times as necessary with simple tubing manipulation.
Tungsten carbide slips provide greater holding ability and improved wear resistance in high-strength
casing. Pressure through the tubing activates the slips in the hydraulic holddown mechanism.
An optional integral circulating valve locks into open or closed position during squeezing or treating
operations, and opens easily to allow circulation above the packer.

RSSD NON-ELASTOMERIC SLIDING SLEEVES
The Models RSSD Non-Elastomeric Circulating Sliding Sleeve, is a high performance, equalizing sliding
sleeve, which allows communication between the tubing and annulus for circulation or selective-zone
production. The external circulating sliding sleeve allows hydraulic setting of packers and verifies the
seal integrity between the packer and the tubing
Features:
A specially designed diffuser ring made of high strength thermoplastic is critically spaced between
the flow ports and the upper packing unit. This prevents damage to the upper packing unit during
shifting by controlling the rush of fluid or gas, and lessens the likelihood of tool string damage by
providing for slow equalization of high differentials
Mill slots replace drill holes as flow ports on both the housing and the insert to allow more flow area,
reduce erosion and allow higher torque and tensile strength through the sleeve
Locating the threaded connection inside the primary seal stack eliminates the need for O-ring thread
seals and reduces the number of potential leak paths
A locking, angled torque shoulder replaces traditional square shoulder to allow higher torques and reduce
thread back off

Artificial Lift
Artificial lift is a means of overcoming bottomhole pressure so that a well can
produce at some desired rate, either by injecting gas into the producing fluid
column to reduce its hydrostatic pressure, or using a downhole pump to provide
additional lift pressure downhole .
ROCK can provide all kinds of mandrels 、gas lift valves and special
application valves from tubing retrievable or wireline retrievable versions.
These include IPO, PPO, dummy valves, chemical injection and water flood
valves. And they all are available in 1″or 1.5″OD.

CONVENTIONAL MANDREL
ROCK provides two kinds of Conventional Mandrels for customer. The Conventional Mandrels are
designed to accept the 1”or 1.5”tubing-retrievable gas lift valve and tubing flow check valve. The
Mandrels are manufactured with side guards to protect the valve when running or pulling the tubing
string. These mandrels are available in various tubing grades such as J-55,N-80, L-80, P-110 & other
grades of material as per customer requirement.

TUBING-RETRIEVABLE-RETRIEVABLE CHECK VALVES
Every gas lift valve is attached to a reverse flow check when being installed on the
mandrel. The purpose of this check is to prevent backflow from transferring from the
tubing into the casing while gas is being injected into the well. Check Valves and their
components are made with stainless steel, or premium material to prevent corrosion. The
check dart is pressed against the seal until a differential in pressure is felt above the dart,
preventing backflow into the casing.
Features
The seat design incorporated in these check valves eliminates the risk of backflow, protecting
the casing and cutting costs associated with maintenance
The NPD threading feature on the bottom of the check valve means it is easy to attach
