Don’t Forget to Assess Your Plan!

The Secrets of Success

Start Small Share-Don’t keep this work a secret. When all

families feel invited into the development of involvement programs, practices and policies, there is a greater likelihood of success.

Solidify-Put the plan into action and monitor progress throughout the school year. Your action plan should be a living document. If something is not working, go back to the plan and make the necessary changes.
