At the start of the root canal, a pulpectomy had earlier been performed to relieve pain on a previously filled lower right first molar. Here we see the tooth with a temporary filling partially extending into the pulp chamber. 2Okello Aliker DDS, FAGD, ICOI

For safety and asepsis, a rubber dam was applied and the canals explored and negotiated to the anatomic apex. A working length verification x-ray was taken.

The roots were successfully obturated (filled) to the anatomic apices and a resin crown core build-up performed.

The tooth was successfully crowned with a Full Milled Zirconium crown, which shows excellent marginal seal. The tooth is without pain and fully functional.
