Revere Alumni Association and The Revere Schools Foundation
The Revere Alumni Association is excited about the new partnership we have formed
with the Revere Schools Foundation (RSF). Plans are already underway for this year’s
Hall of Fame Induction assembly and luncheon. And we will start discussion soon on
combining our networking initiative with some of the goals of RSF.
Revere Foundation is an independent, non-profit community organization whose mission is to Promote, Pro-
duce and Protect. Your support of the Foundation will impact all students in the Revere Local School District
as we work with the District to Promote experiential learning through teacher grants to enhance the students’
education with 21st century learning opportunities, Produce leaders through scholarships and after school

MESSAGE FROM THE REVERE SUPERINTENDENT Happenings in Revere Schools: This portion of the RAA newsletter includes news, events, etc. that are occurring within Revere Local
School District. There are many more great things coming out of Revere and we encourage alumni to access this information on the dis-
trict’s website (www.revereschools.org) and the high school’s student newspaper the Lantern (https://reverelantern.com).
Happenings in Revere Schools
Greetings to our Revere Alumni:
It’s hard to believe in just a few months we will be opening a new Bath Elementary. It has
been exciting to watch the progress unfold. While we are thrilled to be opening the new
school, we want to be sure to provide an opportunity for the community to say farwell to the
current building. Wednesday, April 24, 2019 (4-8pm) and Saturday, April 27 (11-3pm), the
building will be open for anyone wishing to do a walk-thru tour. We encourage you to come
and see the building prior to it being seeled on Juen 3 and prepared for demolition. There will
be a guest book to sign where you can leave a memory you may have had when attending the
school, as we know the building served generations of the community since 1923.
For those wondering about the new Revere High School, it is moving along and on schedule to
open for the 2020-21 school year. The new bus garage, off of Everett Road, is set to open by
the end of 2019. We are excited to keep moving forward as we build the new Revere.
Sincerely,
Matthew L. Montgomery
