THE CLASSROOM CASE OF LOW BANG VS ALOYSIUS. IS IT FAIR?

SCENE: CLASSROOM BACKGROUND: Low Bang complained to the Mr Tan that Aloysius, the pupil who is very good in English, flashed rude words written on an artblock paper against him. Evidence produced is a big paper that reads “Shut up all

your nonsense, you idiots!”

Low Bang’s witnesses, A & B testified that they saw Aloysius showing the paper at Low Bang. They saw how he confronted Low Bang and lifted up the paper in front of him.

Aloysius claimed that Low Bang shouted some words into his ears like “Selfish, fishy, fishy smell” because he wouldn’t lend his pencil to him. It hurt his ears. Next, Low Bang got his friends to chant, “Selfish, fishy, fishy smell, gangnam oppa style”. Aloysius’ witnesses, C & D testified that they saw Low Bang shouting those words into Aloysius’ ears.

I was coming back from the forest plucking some fruits when I saw smoke coming out from the piggies’ house chimney. The door was slightly ajar.

I know an open door when I see one. Why, the last time I walked into the Bear’s house and got into trouble. But I could see this house was in trouble. The Wolf saw it too and climbed up to the chimney.
