•CWRP is a program of the Coastal America Foundation (CAF), a public charity recognized by the IRS under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code
•Program oversight is provided by a CAF Board subcommittee
(Duke Energy, The Gillette Company, FMC, Battelle, ENSR, National Association of Manufacturers, Restore Americas Estuaries, The Nature Conservancy)
•Program implementation is accomplished mainly through state chapters, each with a corporate lead
•Companies donate money and in-kind services and work in partnership with Coastal America and others
