The biblical word for rest is SABBATH.

Pastor Josh mentioned that Sabbath is about more than just taking time off. Why is simply taking time off, taking vacation, not really biblical rest?

What are some of the faulty ways you’ve tried to rest?

Outside of sleep, what are some things that provide rest for you? How have you successfully “rested”? Not just emptied yourself, but filled yourself. What restores you?
