User study 8 interviews carried out on a variety of individuals such as

elderly, working class - transcript (semi structured) Contextual interview – saw several things happening which

indicate they would find HMS useful. Observation – what do you guys want to write for? Isn’t it the

same as the above. Data analysis – found that they still had several similar

problems in terms of the communication between the individuals.
