When writing a research paper, there are some set goals which must be met!

1. You have established a thesis for your paper.2. You have supported that thesis through out your

paper.3. You have used a variety of reliable sources to

support your ideas.4. You have cited those sources in text and in your

bibliography.5. You have a considerable amount of original

thought/analysis of the information you have researched.

6. You have a strong method of organization for your paper.

Goal #1: You have established a thesis for your paper.
