If you’re a dentist practicing in Delaware, your license will expire soon. You have until May 31,

2016 to submit a renewal application.

Failure to renew your dental license before the May 31 deadline can result in license suspension or revocation.

If your license remains inactive over a year, it will be

terminated. You’ll be required to reapply before you can practice

again. Don’t let that happen.
